I'm finally onto the episodes I've never seen before and I am having such a great time. There's something special about returning to a show I used to love but never finished. It's familiar and comforting and new and exciting all at the same time. And I'm only halfway through season four, so I've still got plenty more to experience

1. How had you not seen S4 before??? Ooh, those are the best seasons, enjoy!!

2. Do be warned that S5 onward starts getting crazier and crazier 😂 It is so much fun, but it's also insane, just be prepared

3. OMG YES Fitz/Wesley is a genius parallel and works on so many levels 🤯

I’m almost done with season 5 already and yeah, it has truly gotten bonkers. But I’m still having a great time.

And Fitz has gone well beyond Wesley

Boy this show really took some liberties with the timeline, huh?

season one is supposed to take place in april 1946but dooley mentions keitel's hanging...which happened in october of that yearand season two take place in the summer of 1947but vernon masters mentions the trial of the hollywood ten...which also happened later in THAT yeari guess we have to assume that some real-world things are slightly different in the mcuthanks to the existence of hydra and red skull and the ssr and captain americathere's sort of a butterfly effect happeningagent carter

The anti-car culture on this website is so fucking annoying. Like, sorry I want to be able to get around without having to spend two hours taking three buses. Sorry I want to be able to go grocery shopping in the winter without having to lug heavy bags home through the snow on a fucking bike

actually i'm not sorryi live in a big city with public transit and i STILL want to get a carjust little tumblr thingsand actually my bike just got stolen so that's not even an option anymorefourth bike stolen in four yearsi'm not even surprised when it happens anymore

Gotta say, it's much more enjoyable to watch this show now, years later, after all of the raging discourse has died down

I don't remember the vitriol... but I stopped watching around halfway through the show's run. Idk, it got too silly, even for me. And I like Lucifer, ffs.

all-that-jazz-93

I didn’t necessarily stop watching because of the vitriol. It was mostly just a matter of practicality. I didn’t have internet at the time, and I was pirating the new episodes on my laptop using Dunkin Donuts or McDonald’s wifi, but then my laptop’s headphone jack quit working, so I couldn’t watch stuff in public anymore. If I had been more invested in the show, I would’ve tried to find a way to keep watching, but at that point I was pretty deeply entrenched in the Buffyverse, and like I said, the AoS fandom wasn’t a very enjoyable place to be. So I just kind of let it fall by the wayside, figuring I’d get caught back up eventually

LX 2048. It’s uh…not what I would call a good movie, but I’ve watched it like three times because I just find it bizarrely compelling.

Brief synopsis: in a dystopian near-future, a chronically depressed former theater kid has a really fucking weird couple of days.

Also near the end, James D'arcy’s character has a homoerotic scene with his clone, where they quote Shakespeare together in their underwear. That part alone was worth the price of the ticket

lx 2048james d'arcylisten this movie kinda sucks but in a way that makes me want to rewatch it
